Intent of the visit:
The SCPME Values Education Officer, and 8 Honor and Respect Exec Staff Members
will conduct this HS Ethics Conference for HS Jrs. and faculty with a focus on Honor
and Respect Topics, Leadership Issues.
Note: Cadets will each rotate into small groups three times with three different groups.
Honor Staff will conduct two honor discussions and a leadership discussion, Respect
Staff will conduct two Respect discussions and a leadership discussion. Each Cadet will
identify one student that will summarize his/her learning for the entire group at the end of
the conference.

Thoughts on the Ethics Conference:
Cadet Lead/facilitated discussions
Each of 6 groups will see three different cadets
Cadets will rotate Honor will lead two honor discussions, Respect will lead two Respect
discussions, everyone will lead Leadership Discussions on the third rotation
Discuss the problem, issues, concerns, and possible solutions
ID and Prepare individuals to present to the larger group:
Address Issues, Discussion, Possible Solutions in each group
Conclude with an overview that all the topics addressed today deal with High School,
College, in the Business World, the Military, and in each of our Lives.
