Note: Cadets will each rotate into small groups three times with three different groups. Honor Staff will conduct two honor discussions and a leadership discussion, Respect Staff will conduct two Respect discussions and a leadership discussion. Each Cadet will identify one student that will summarize his/her learning for the entire group at the end of the conference.
