We are requesting a waiver from the Erosion and Sediment Control Plan submission
requirements.
This project will occur within the confines of a chain link yard area and in an area that is
currently paved. This construction project consists of the following scope of work (Be
site specific with actions. Describe BMP’s being used) …………………
The reason for this request is that any excess soils from the excavation process (give a
description of what will occur with excess soil)…….. The existing on-site drainage will
remain just as it currently is when the project is completed. Illicit discharges will not be
discharged into U.S. waters, including, active and intermittent canals, or the MS4. No
soil or other construction materials will leave the site. All construction activity will be
confined to the internal site.
