fade out)

spilling out onto sidewalk. Contrast of boxed goods and raw unpackaged
food should make for a great visual. They exchange puzzled looks as
they pick up there stuff.
FD: You shouldn’t eat that crap
FD: It will kill you!
LR: Oh yeah!
LR: What do you call that colorful rubbish?
FD: Vegetables,

LR: That orange thing looks ridiculous.

Lab Rat looks back and forth at his dinner box and the raw carrots in
FD hand. He’s confused.

FD shakes her head, fills her reusable bag, and walks off
Scene 3 – It’s getting late (microwave noises over
background amb.)

Evil Scientist waiting. She is angry.

ES: Hurry! You’re shows have started!
Lab Rat hurriedly opens up his microwave dinner and waits impatiently
as the 5 minutes counts down on the microwave. Impatience turns to
boredom quickly, Lab Rat has a vision of Farmer's Daughter from the
previous scene.
LR: I met the strangest girl today.
She had a box of…

I worry about all the work I have to do.

ES: Hmm, the antibiotics don’t seem to be working anymore.
Take your pills and creams and get to bed.
Lab Rat takes his pills and applies his creams. Montage pills and
creams with ingredients and corporate logos and profit charts.
Lab Rat goes to bed and dies. His organs are removed and an autopsy is
written out.

and walks away.
Scene 6 – Saved! (Broken Social Scene: Market Fresh)
-----------------------------------------------------Next day, Farmer’s Daughter is walking along and sees Rat Man’s
remains. She looks sad, picks up box and brings him inside.
She lays out his body and sticks his organs back in his body.
FD: I knew this would happen.
Good Bye, Lab Rat
She leans in to kiss him.
Lab Rat magically comes back to life. Picture turns to color.
LR: I’m so hungry.
Farmer’s Daughter starts throwing away Lab Rat’s food.
FD: We are throwing this crap away!

She throws items in respective order at Lab Rat.

That’s like saying I don’t know how to breathe.

FD: You’re gonna learn.
FD grabs LR by the ear and drags him into kitchen. FD and LR empty her
bag and cook a meal.
Info screens break up the action providing info on what to avoid and
what to look for.
They have a great meal and Lab Rat is turned into Prince Charming and
kisses Farmer’s Daughter.
