On behalf of our client, Daniel Galvin International Limited, we hereby enclose a full planning
application for the Insertion of roof light at the above address. As you will be aware planning
permission has recently been granted for various works at this site and these have been dealt with by
Mr Ronaldo Colalillo (ref: CA/14/00087 & PP/13/07706).
The property comprises an existing A1 commercial premises over ground and basement levels at the
junction of Abingdon Road and Abingdon Villas.
The high quality design of the proposed works will contribute significantly to the townscape of the
Edwardes Square, Scarsdale and Abingdon Road Conservation Area and will preserve and enhance
the character of the Conservation Area. The roof light will not detract from the character and setting of
the Conservation Area and its impact on the street scene will be negligable.
The application for full planning permission comprises the following material, which should be read in
conjunction with this letter:

Cover letter, forms, certificates and certificate B notification prepared by Hanily McGarry
Property Ltd;
•
Planning Application Drawings prepared by Caulder Moore;
•
Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Form;
An application fee of £195 is required and enclosed.
