ITU OB 748-E / 5 Deletion of ITU-T Recommendations A. By TSB Circular 59 of 24 July 2001, it was announced that the following ITU-T Recommendations were deleted, in accordance with the procedures outlined in Resolution 1, Section 9, of the WTSA (Montreal, 2000): – ITU-T Recommendation P.35: Handset telephones – ITU-T Recommendation P.861: Objective quality measurement of telephone-band (300 – 3 400 Hz) speech codes The conditions governing the deletion of these ITU-T Recommendations were met and 12 Member States participating in the meeting of Study Group 12 (Geneva, 23 February 2001) proposed to delete these ITU-T Recommendations. Eleven Administrations of Member States responded to the consultation on 23 July 2001, and no objection to the deletion was received.
