TO THE SECRETARIAT SHOWING WHAT YOU HAVE BOOKED WITH THE HOTEL BY TICKING
THE APPROPRIATE COLUMNS ON THE BOOKING FORM
Registration and Administration Fee
The Registration and Administration fee for the reunion covers the overhead costs of the reunion,
including, the costs of accommodating our guests from Lourdes, printing and stationery, order of service
for Mass, etc, etc. The Registration and Administration Fee is payable by everyone attending the
reunion. A booking form with the £15 Registration and Administration Fee must be completed
and returned to the Secretariat for everyone attending the reunion.

reference “St Chad’s” and the date(s) you wish to book.
The hotel will require credit card details to confirm your booking but the card will not be charged until you
check into the hotel. The hotel will accept cancellation of bookings, without charge, until 12.00 mid-day
on the day before your booking.
We have a block booking of rooms reserved at the hotel for both the Friday and Saturday evening.
Rooms will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. The hotel will hold the block booking until
Tuesday 13th October, but any rooms not booked by that date will be released for sale. To guarantee
the special rate you must book the hotel before 3rd October.
