Tentative Final Exam [Closed Book – 3 Hours – 9:30-12:30]
Required Textbooks:

Contracts: Cases and Theory of Contractual Obligation (Hogg, Bishop & Barnhizer) (West 2008); and

Selected Rules For Contracts (Hogg, Bishop & Barnhizer) (West 2008)
Grading & Final Examination:

One final exam, no graded midterms or quizzes, final exam three hours in length;

Closed book, no outside materials permitted

Two one hour essays and one hour for multiple choice questions; and

Class preparation is required, professor reserves right under law school rules to lower a grade based on
unprepared status
Office Hours:

M, W & F after Class, drop in, 3:40-5:00 p.m.;

Tuesday and Thursday by appointment; and

Office hours and questions must relate to material covered (not material not yet covered)
Miscellaneous:

No class or exam laptop use restrictions (except hard drive lock out);

Class may be recorded if requested in advance; and

Attendance will be noted each class according to law school regulations and where class attendance is an issue,
initialed sheet may be required
