Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Recruiting Information for International Degree Students Established in 1958, Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TUTCM) is one of the earliest universities of TCM in China and the only International University of TCM approved by State Education Commission (now Ministry of Education) in 1992. TUTCM is also the “Educational Aid Center” of Ministry of Education (MOE), TCM International Cooperation Center of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SATCM) and “China-ASEAN Educational Training Center”. Furthermore, TUTCM is also Director Member of the Unit of Steering Committee of TCM, Medical Humanistic Quality education and education of the World Federation of TCM. The University has a distinguished teaching faculty and staff of more than 3,600. Among them, there are 3 Academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering, more than 900 senior professional teachers, 12 doctoral tutors and more than 890 master tutors. The new campus of the University is under construction which is located around Tuanbo Lake in Jinghai County of Tianjin.
