The department of theory and history of state and law, department of constitutional, administrative and financial law, department of criminal law and criminal process, Inter University Center of German law of Ivanovo State University (ISU) law faculty is preparing an application for a Russian Fund of Humanities (http://www.rfh.ru) grant on an organization of IX Annual International scientific conference “Legal-theory comprehension of sovereignty in Russia, Western Europe and USA in the conditions of globalization” (September 15-19, 2015) and composing a scientific program of it. The conference is held on the Faculty of Law at Ivanovo State University: Russia, Ivanovo, Posadskyi pereulok - 8, building № 8. It is planed to convene plenary session and sections of theory of state and law, constitutional law, criminal law, criminal process, international and European law. Students’ research section also will work. Best reports of students may be published in a book. Key-words: the definition of sovereignty, features of sovereignty, state supremacy, independence of a state, kinds of sovereignty, secession, human rights, territorial integrity, legal aspects of globalization, principles of law, state membership in international and regional organizations, state participation in military alliance. 1. The decision on publishing the materials will be accepted by editorial board in view of the report conformity with the conference subjects and scientific level. The editorial board keeps the right to refuse the author in publishing without the explanation of its reasons.
