It was agreed that this communication warrants further scrutiny.
It was agreed to write to the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural
Resources requesting an update on negotiations and if the areas of concern for
Ireland are being addressed.

system for supply chain due diligence self-certification of responsible importers of tin,

It was agreed that this proposal requires further scrutiny.
It was agreed to write to the lead Department and seek clarification that the
proposal is in line with the OECD guidelines and that the proposal goes far enough in
addressing the issue.
