Suitable for mothers experiencing mild to moderate postnatal depression. Safe Sleeping Education Sessions Learn how to reduce the risk of SIDS and fatal sleeping accidents and sleep babies safely. Transition to Parenthood The first class aims to inform new parents of the challenges typically experienced when couples become parents and to introduce healthy ways of coping with these changes. The second class expands to include the importance of the father’s role, both to their baby and their partner, and looks at further ways to smooth the emotional bumps. Birth Workshop This workshop is conducted by a midwife and a physiotherapist. You can attend as a one day workshop or with evening sessions over four weeks. Parenting Class This session will cover a range of topics including care of the newborn and settling techniques. This class is for parents-to-be as well as parents with newborn babies.
