Students who intend to return to the College to study for the HND in Diploma in Business Studies (Year 2) are required to re-enrol before Friday 22 March 2013.

Please complete the entire application form (incomplete forms will not be processed) and submit it with the €40 deposit and 1 new passport photo.
Payment of the €40 deposit reserves your place on the course subject to the following:
(1) You satisfy the entry requirements for admission to the second year of the Higher National Diploma.
Students must have submitted and passed ALL assignments. In exceptional circumstances, you may be allowed to progress to second year with one or two referrals. Students who have been referred in more than two subjects must repeat first year. Students with 2 or less REFERRALS from Year 1 will be informed of their position at the September registration meeting and given an appropriate amount of time to complete referred assessments outstanding prior to commencing Year 2.
(2) You have a satisfactory punctuality, attendance and performance record during the current year.
The decision of the College is final.

Students who intend to return to the College to study for the ICM Diploma in Creative Multimedia are required to re-enrol before Friday 22 March 2013.

REPEAT STUDENTS

All students will receive repeat exam entry forms and details from ICM with their exam results.

Students can repeat a maximum of two subjects as an external student. All components of a subject based on
Course Work must be repeated.

Students who fail more than two subjects must repeat the entire year. Early enrolment is advised.
CLOSING DATE
The closing date for receipt of applications including €40 deposit is Friday 22 March 2013.
PLACES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED FOR APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE. Vacant places will then be offered to students on the Graduate Diploma in Creative Multimedia course. Applications received after this date will be placed on a waiting list.

GDCM students are eligible to apply for vacant places on the ICM Diploma in Creative Multimedia on or after
Monday 25 March 2013. Priority of application to second year is given to Certificate in Multimedia students until
Friday 22 March 2013.


