Entries received after the postmark of June 1, 2013 will be charged an extra fee of $5.00 per class. Entries
may be submitted without payment, however payment must be made the day of the show in full.

Amateur & Adult Special Needs Classes: $25.00
Open Classes: $30.00
One Training Center/One Owner Flat Fee: $300 (pre-entry & payment only)
(All client horses must have been at the training center for at least 30 days prior to the show)
Youth/Amateur Flat Fee Per Exhibitor/Per Horse: $100.00 (pre-entry & payment only)
Stall fees: $65 stall fee per stall for 6/14 – 6/17 (2 horse maximum per stall)
$25 - one day 6/17/13 only (2 horse maximum per stall)
Show out of Trailer fee - $65 per day per two horses
$10 Office fee per horse (AMHA fee of $7.50 per horse included)
Electric Hook-ups for motor homes/LQ trailers - $25/day
Arrival Time: No Arrivals Before noon on 6/13/13 Without Prior Notification
All participating horses must be AMHA registered. All horses must be measured by the AMHA show measurer. Valid
AMHA registration, Coggins (current within 1 year and must be posted for show and facility to inspect), health certificate
within 30 days on out of state horses, and valid youth and/or amateur membership cards must be provided.

General Rules and Information:
This show is accredited and conducted under the 2013 rules and regulations of the American Miniature Horse
Association.
All horses must be registered with the American Miniature Horse Association.
This show is triple judged. Points and awards will be awarded by each judge.
Ribbons will be awarded to 1st - 6th place. Championship ribbons will be awarded in Junior/Senior Champions, Grand
Champions, and Supreme Halter.

Food Stand:
A concession stand will be in operation during the show.
Smoking:
No smoking will be allowed in the barns, in the arena or in the horse show office.

Take I-75 to Exit 350, SR200. Go approximately 4 miles and turn north/left onto US27. Go
approximately 2 miles and veer to the right onto NW 20TH ST/CR-200A. The Livestock Pavilion is on the
left at 2232 NE JACKSONVILLE RD.
Special Needs
Exhibitors:
Special Needs exhibitors are welcome to show. We would appreciate advance notice so appropriate
arrangements can be made, if necessary. Please contact the show manager.
Measurement: All horses must be measured before entering the show ring. Horses will be measured in accordance
with AMHA rules beginning on Saturday, June 16, 2011 at noon
Paperwork
All horses must be registered with AMHA.(GR-010-A) A copy of valid registration papers (front & back)
must be submitted with the entry for each horse. A copy of a Senior Stallion Verification Report must be
submitted for any Senior Stallion. Each horse must have a current coggins.
Requirements: Out-of-state horses should bring original negative coggins report (within one year and posted for
inspection by show management and facility) and health within 30\days.
Youth Classes: Youth must provide a copy of their current Youth card.
Applications for Youth memberships will be available in the show office.

Amateur
An AMHA Amateur Card is required to participate in Amateur classes. Amateur cards are $10.00 for
AMHA Members and $50 for non-AMHA Members if applied for at the show. Exhibitors must be a
member of AMHA and produce a membership card in order to apply for an amateur card at the Member
rate. Applications for Amateur memberships will be available in the show office.

Liability Stmt: The Orange Blossom Miniature Horse Club, its officers, officials and employees will not be responsible
for any accident or loss which may occur to an exhibitor, spectator, guest, driver, groom, attendant or
other employee, animal or equipment at this show. THIS SHALL BE A CONDITION OF ENTRY to this show
or show grounds.
Show Policy:
Conduct by an exhibitor, trainer, owner, or immediate family member of an unsportsmanlike, abusive,
or detrimental nature will not be tolerated by the show management, including but not limited to
threatening, abusive, or intimidating conduct, physical, verbal or written, toward any individual or show
official. Any person(s) guilty of such conduct should be reported immediately to management by the
judge, steward, or show committee member. The show management must suspend the offender for the
duration of that show. The show manager will notify AMHA of any such disqualification when the show
results are reported.
Pre-Entries:
Pre-Entries must be postmarked by June 1, 2013.
Pre-Entry Fees: $30.00 per Open Class; $25.00 per Amateur/Adult Special Needs Class; $20.00 per
Youth Class; Amateur/Youth Flat Fee Per Horse: $100.00 (pre-entry only-one horse/one exhibitor,
excludes Stake Classes); $300 One Farm/One Trainer entry fee.
Post-Entries:
Post-Entries will be accepted up to four classes preceding the class to be entered.
Post-Entry Fees: Additional $5.00 per class.
Refunds:
No refunds will be given on any entries or fees.

Rule GR-045-B states “It is the owner/handler/exhibitor’s responsibility to be on time for classes.
Announcements to barn areas are a management courtesy – not mandatory.” Rule CL015-F states If lack of
entries warrants, show management, with the consent of all contestants involved, may combine only age or
height classes as needed (points earned in a combined size class will be awarded the size group for which the
horse was eligible).
