The CJRTC is known for their awesome raffles! A portion of the proceeds from this raffle will go to benefit Russell Rescue.
We are asking everyone to contribute an item for the raffle. Any type of gift will do. It does not have to be dog related. We have lots of
children who love the raffle, so don’t forget them as well. To the artists out there, everyone loves getting those handcrafted items, so please
make some time to craft something for the raffle. You will receive 5 raffle tickets for each item you bring (Maximum of 35 tickets)!
You may bring your donated items to the trial in Sumter on May 3 & 4 2008. If you have any questions, please contact our raffle organizer
Nikki Bright, Email:Brightvalleyjrts@aol.com, PH: 704-395-2645, Address: 2714 Sunset Road, Charlotte, NC 28216.
Food….Etcetera
Food and refreshments will be provided to you all weekend. Water and restroom facilities are available on site. Ample camping is also
available. If you intend to camp, please pay for it in advance and fill in the space provided on the entry form. For additional information,
please contact Cheryl Johnson, our site coordinator at one of the following numbers: 803-494-8821 (home) or 803-983-8805 (cell) Thanks in
advance for your help in keeping the park clean and safe for everyone!
All Go-To-Ground Participants, Please Read!
Due to excessive waits for people participating in GTG with one terrier, we are implementing a new procedure. If you choose to bring all of
your terriers to GTG at one time, you may run one terrier and while you are getting your next terrier ready to go, you must let the next person
in line run theirs. We know waiting is not fun for anyone and we are asking everyone to be patient and courteous and give each other a hand.
Remember as well the reason we do this is to have fun and enjoy the weekend with our terriers and our friends. Thank You!
Campers….Please Read!!!
If you are camping you must pick up your camping PERMIT at the registration table as soon as possible when you arrive to avoid being
charged twice for your camping site. If this permit is not in your registration packet please notify the registration table ASAP. If you pay for
your camp site in advance the permit will be in your packet. If you pay after you arrive you must obtain a permit ASAP to avoid confusion.
These permits must be placed in the windshield so that it is visible for the site coordinators and the parks manager to see. Thank you for your
help.
