Senior Faculty Grants
Attach current vitae, including publications, and description of proposal. Please limit proposal to
two pages. Applications are due to the Chairs by October 15, 2015. Chairs should submit their
complete packet of applications to the Associate Deans no later than October 22, 2015.
Junior Faculty Fellowships
Submit this form with your proposal, along with your reappointment materials (curriculum vitae
and reappointment statement), to your Chair by November 2, 2015. Chairs should submit their
complete packet of fellowship and reappointment materials to the appropriate Associate Dean no
later than December 1, 2015.
