Kaiser Permanente Health Care Career Scholarship:
Amount: $2,000
Deadline: January 15th 2010
Info: One CHS student will receive this award!!! Must have a minimum 2.5GPA, plan to study in the healthcare field in college. Applications

ESA Foundation Scholarship:
Amount: Multiple scholarships at varying amounts
Deadline: Postmarked by February 1st 2010.
Info: See application for qualifying info. Minimum gpa of 3.0. Applications available in the counseling office.
Burger King “Have it Your Way” Scholarship:
Amount: $1,000
Deadline: February 1st 2010
Info: 2.5 GPA or higher, work part-time minimum of 10hrs per week, be actively involved in community service, demonstrate financial need,
enrolling at a 2/4yr college or university. Applications online at http://www.haveityourwayfoundation.org/.
KFC Colonel’s Scholarship:
Amount: $5,000 per year up to $20,000
Deadline: Online registration open December 1st 2009 application due February 10th 2010
Info: Maintain a 2.75 GPA or higher, be entering a 2 or 4 year college or university with the pursuit of completing your bachelors degree.

Oblack Education Foundation Scholarship
Amount: $1,000
Deadline: February 26th, 2010
Info: Must be a senior entering 2/4yr college, 3.0GPA, turn in application to counselor. Application available in the counseling office or online

Hasson Memorial Scholarship Fund
Amount: $144,000 available to multiple students
Deadline: March 1st 2010
Info: Applications available in the counseling office.
Oregon Student Assistance Commission (OSAC) Scholarships:
This is one application and over 400 scholarships. Several are listed below. All REQUIRE the FAFSA be completed in addition to the
application.
Deadlines: Application available November 2nd.
Early Bird is February 16th 2010 with a chance to win $500
Final deadline is March 1st 2010
- Oregon Opportunity Grant:
Must be an Oregon resident attending any participating 2 or 4 year school and demonstrate financial need. Amount varies.
- The Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship:
Graduating seniors attending a 2 or 4 year school with a 3.85+ GPA and an SAT combined math and critical reading score of
1300+. Award amount is $1500. This scholarship does NOT require FAFSA
- Ford Scholars Program:
Must be an Oregon resident enrolling in a 2 or 4 year school with a 3.00GPA and planning to attend full-time. Award amount
varies based on need.
- Olga Samuelson Freeman Scholarship:
Must be a graduate of CHS planning to attend a 4 year university. Award is renewable if qualifications are met.
- Benjamin Franklin-Edith Green Scholarship:
Students planning to attend a 4year public college with GPA’s between 3.45 and 3.55. One time award.

COLTONTEL FRS Scholarship:
Amount: $2,000
Deadline: March 1st 2010
Info: Must be residing in a home that belongs to COLTONTEL. Be attending a 2 or 4 year college. Have a 2.0 or above. Express interest in
returning to the rural community.
Schweiger Memorial Scholarship Fund:
Amount: Varying
Deadline: March 1st 2010
Info: Students interested in pursuing a career in construction or construction related fields. Minimum GPA of 2.5, Must include official HS
transcript. Applications in counseling office.
Oregon Music Hall of Fame Scholarship:
Amount: High school seniors who have extraordinary talent as musicians
Deadline: March 15th 2010
Info: Applications in counseling office. Fill out and mail to Oregon Music Hall of Fame 3158 East Burnside, Portland OR 97214.
US Bank Online ScholarshipAmount: Varies
Deadline: March 31st 2010
Info: A current senior planning to enroll in a 4 year college or university that participates in the US Bank No Fee Education Loan Program.

2010 CUAO Financial Literacy Scholarship
Amount: 2 @ $500
Deadline: March 31st 2010
Info: Graduating HS senior, attending 4 year college or university, have a 3.0 gpa, must have YOUR OWN account at an Oregon credit union.

Associated Oregon Loggers Scholarship:
Amount: $1,500 renewable for 3yrs
Deadline: April 1st 2010
Info: For students interested in pursing a 4-year college degree in forest resources such as Forest Management, Forest Engineering and Forest
Products. Applications in the counseling office.
COLTONTEL Scholarships:
Amount: Eileen Wallace Hayes Memorial $2,000, Bev Rice Memorial $1,500 and General Scholarship $1,500.
Deadline: April 2nd to COLTONTEL
Info: Student must reside with a member of COLTONTEL and have a 2.5 GPA from their Junior and Senior year courses. Applications
available in counseling office.
Clackamas Emergency Services Foundation Scholarship:
Amount: UNK
Deadline: April 30th 2010
Info: Must be HS senior living in Clackamas county. Students may attend a 2 or 4 year college. Applications located in the counseling office.

Clackamas Community College Scholarship:
Amount: Up to $2000
Deadline: To Miss Maynard by April 30th 2010

- High School Academic Incentive Scholarship:
Full tuition for one term. Must have a 2.5 GPA, must enroll for 12 or more credits and have filled out a CCC application
including all related materials.
- High School Opportunity Scholarship:
Up to $2,000 in tuition for the following academic year. Student must face some barrier to success in higher education
(disability, first to attend college in family, ethnicity, financial need etc). Must have a 2.5 GPA and enroll for 12 or more
credits.
- High School Honors Scholarship:
Up to $2,000 in tuition for the upcoming academic school year. Must have a 3.5 GPA and enroll for 12 credits or more.
