This box provides guidance notes only, and should be deleted
before issuing this module.
If you feel strongly about checking a bidder’s past experience before
evaluating them any further, you should include this module; as you
cannot ask a scored question on experience within Module A, if using this
process. Scored questions on past performance are prohibited. This
process only considers Gateway Criteria and Award Criteria.
The table below is standard and should not be amended. If you are going
to include this Module as part of your tendering process, you MUST take
up references before sending out any intent to award, or award letters.
This is because Module B acts as a Gateway Criteria, and any bidder who
does not provide adequate references, which are then confirmed by their
referee, will fail this Module and the rest of their submission will not be
considered. It is advisable to check references for any bidders who have
passed all the other Gateway Criteria you have set.

document ‘Modular ITT Module A’.
Please note that this is a ‘Pass/Fail’ module and failure to provide
adequate references will constitute a failing of your bid in full.
Weighting: This is a Gateway Section (Pass/Fail)
Please provide details of up to three contracts from either or both the public
or private sector, that are relevant to our requirement. Contracts for the
supply of goods or services should have been performed during the past
three years. Works contracts may be from the past five years. (The customer
contact should be prepared to speak to the purchasing organisation to
confirm the accuracy of the information provided below if we wish to contact
them).
Note that where possible referees should not solely be linked to the FC and
that we may contact your referees without telling you again.
