ALL entries must be on an entry form and with copies of registrations and current memberships attached if not an AMR
member and/or not AMR registered.
Waivers must be completed by every competitor / handler.
This show is open to Miniature/Small Horses & Ponies from ALL Miniature Associations & / or the
APSB.
All exhibits MUST be registered and the exhibitor MUST be a financial member of the association
whose papers they use for entry.
Registration pending will not be accepted unless by prior arrangement with the AMR office.
Original Registration papers & / or Membership cards must be shown on request.
Show run under AMR rules with presentation and height as per the association of the registration paper submitted.
Please ensure you read ALL the rules and regulations.
Random measuring may take place.
Registered horses may NOT enter pony classes. Registered pony entries may NOT enter horse classes.
Dual registered horses and ponies must choose one or the other for the day.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
 All competitors to sign a waiver & return with entries
 The AMR reserve the right to refuse admittance to any person/persons or horses/ponies as they
see fit.
 The AMR reserves the right to alter, add, combine or delete classes as they see fit.
 Judges decision is FINAL & no discussion will be entered into.
 Stallions 4 years and over must be handled by competent adults and / or youths over 16 years of
age. Children under the age of 16 are NOT permitted to handle any stallion no matter how quiet
they are.
 Protests must be made in writing and presented to the organizing committee within 10 minutes of
the class being judged and accompanied by a fee of $50 which will be refunded if the protest is
upheld.

I understand and acknowledge that all aspects of handling, working with and in the
vicinity of horses and ponies is a dangerous activity and that horses and ponies
can act in a sudden and unpredictable (changeable) way at any time.
I understand and acknowledge that serious injury or death may result from all
activities involving horses and ponies.
I agree that I compete and/or attend any show conducted or authorized by the
Australian Miniature Horse & Pony Registry (AMR*) at my own risk and to indemnify
and keep indemnified the organization or persons involved in the conduct of any
show against claims, suits, actions or demands which may be bought in respect of
any injury or other loss sustained by me in the course of competing/exhibiting
and/or attending the show and agree to exonerate the committee of management of
the show together with any other organization or persons involved in the conduct
of any AMR* show from all loss or injury to me whether due to alleged negligence
or otherwise.
