programming for children. Our goal: Educate. Entertain. Explore. Excite! ™. Afterschool Buddy, Inc. was incorporated in Pennsylvania, and is a
majority woman-owned S-Corp.

Registered federal trademarks include: Afterschool Buddy®, Adventures with Afterschool Buddy & the Gang®, The Rainbow Kids®, Aunt Junk®,
Manny Cat®, and Jake Poodles®.

The Rainbow Kids® is a multi-cultural performance troupe of children, ages 7 to 16, whose members represent public, private, parochial and cyber
schools in Western PA. The Rainbow Kids® performances since November 2009 have been seen by over 1-million people via TV, stage, web and

priority, not only during school hours, but in the important afterschool hours.

beneficial goals for the betterment of children locally, nationally, and globally. We strive to educate area children and can customize sponsorships for
a variety of our educational programs, including live shows, in-school programs & after school programs and videos for both web & TV.

Partnerships: All of The Rainbow Kids® are members of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western PA and rehearse at the BGCWPA Lawrenceville club
weekly. Afterschool Buddy, Inc. is a supporting organization of the Pennsylvania Conference for Women. Community education partners include the
Entertainment Industries Council and the USDA/CNPP Nutrition Communicators Network nationally, and in Pennsylvania, the Heinz History Center,
LaRoche College, Penn State University Greater Allegheny and Beaver, Point Park University, the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and APOST - Allegheny
Partners for Out of School Time.

Corporate leadership: Our founder & CEO, Susan Brozek Scott, is an award-winning TV veteran whose career spanned five television stations in
four states. Susan is a 2011 inductee into the Allegheny Valley School District Hall of Fame and a Board Member/Founder of the AVSD Dynamo
Education Foundation; she also serves as the Pittsburgh Regional Director for the Entertainment Industries Council, Burbank, CA & Reston, VA.
Susan is a certified NASA Afterschool Universe instructor, who was trained at the Goddard Space Flight Center. Susan received the 2012 Media
Excellence Award from Mental Health America of Westmoreland Co., & 2014 Media Service Award from MHA – Allegheny Co.

