RULES & CONDITIONS - Conducted under Equestrian Australia rules and any special rules of RNAPS.
R.N.A.P.S. ASKS THAT YOU, THE COMPETITOR, ASSIST IN MAKING SURE THAT ALL AREAS OF SAFETY ARE COVERED. YOUR
CO-OPERATION IN THIS WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

Entries will be accepted at the discretion of the Society. (Number of competitors is determined by number of stables
available)
The Society reserves the right to alter the condition and prizes of any class if necessary.
Please make sure you comply with the rules of the class you are entering.
4. Owners entering their horses do so entirely at their own risk, and it is a condition of entry that no liability of any kind
attaches itself to the Society, its Council Officers, Officials or Members in any respect whatsoever, other than the liability for
refund of entry fee in the event of abandonment of any competition.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTERING JUMPING CLASSES:
All competitors are required to be
EA Member “Competitor” (Competing 1.05m and above and horse registered and hold competition Licence) also able to
compete 1.04 and below
EA Member “Participation” ONLY ABLE TO (Compete 1.04m and below)
Requirements for classes for JUNIOR , UNDER 21, YOUNG RIDER: Rider Member of EA
MUST meet the above “Competitor” or “Participation” requirement)
JUNIORS – ( From the beginning of the year they turn 12 to the end of the year they turn 18)
UNDER 21 – ( From the beginning of the year they turn 12 to the end of the year turn 21)
YOUNG RIDER – (From the beginning of the year they reach the age of 16 until the end of year they reach the age of 21)
ORDER OF COMPETING WILL BE DRAWN IN THE CATALOGUE.
DRESS RULE
DRESS – Formal Dress as per EA National Jumping Rule Article 256
HEADGEAR - As per EA National Jumping Rules (256.1.4)
Any rider entering the ring with incorrect equipment or dress is liable to be disqualified from the class.
COMPETITORS ARE REQUIRED TO KNOW THEIR “CODE OF CONDUCT”, “JUMPING RULES” and
‘PRACTICE ARENA GUIDELINES” on Equestrian websit:e www.equestrian.org.au
CURRENT GRADING CARDS MUST BE CARRIED AT ALL TIMES AND PRESENTED TO JUDGE FOR WINS
AND PLACINGS: Grading Points 1st 4 points, 2nd 2 points, 3rd 1point
