No exceptions! o Senior Award & Scholarship Night starts @ 6:00 in the Gym Friday, June 7 Kayak Point Field Day o FREE! o Students are bussed to and from (no exception) o BBQ and activities o Parent volunteers are needed Sunday, June 9: Baccalaureate (arranged by students and parents) Monday, June 10: Graduation & Senior Grad Night Party (sponsored by Sr. Parents) Graduation Ceremony Details Dale Leach Principal Principal Monday, June 11: Class picture, practice & awards assembly, Graduation Class Picture o Students need to be at the gym w/caps, gowns, stoles, tassels by 7:10 a.m. Practice & Awards Assembly, 7:30-11ish a.m. o Students practice line up, marching in, seating o All school awards assembly for all students Ceremony for the family and friends o Doors open at 6:00 for friends and family o Students enter the theatre at 6:30 Dress code (ex. Boys: collared shirt, tie, slacks, no tennis shoes or flip flops. Girls: slacks, skirt, dress, no flip flops or tennis shoes) Students arrive in nice clothes; carrying their cap, gown, tassel, sash (they don’t bring anything else-no cell phones, purses, etc) o Ceremony starts at 7:00 SHARP 6 tickets per family - this number is based on safety capacity and fire code regulations Handicap requests: Stephanie Hoidal in the counseling office Donette will be photographing the students receiving their diplomas Senior Video – baby picture and senior picture due March 29 – no late pictures will be accepted. No smaller than wallet size After Ceremony students go to the library for diplomas; parents go outside for pictures Cougar Path Requirements Counselor A-K Counselor L-Z Heidi Klippert Counselor Reading and Writing HSPE – Students MUST pass o They can retake Reading and Writing in March. o They can submit Collection of Evidence with Mrs. Davis if they did not meet standard on Reading and Writing. Those students have been notified. Students must pass one Math End of Course exam. Make ups will be in January. A Collection of Evidence option will also be available. See Mr. Leach with questions. They will need to communicate with community college and high school instructors to plan time to take finals, attend Cougar Path sessions, and participate in the Cougar Path senior project presentations towards graduation.
