 PENGASSAN – Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior
Staff Association of Nigerian (for Senior Staff)
 Started the process of Registration of Unipetrol Tanker
Drivers and their mates.
 Introduced all new members to need and importance of
check off dues.

 Co-Ordinate: The activities of the Manpower section
 Develop: Action plans for Manpower Development from corporate policy.
 Determine: Current and emerging manpower needs and problems through

 Develop: Career and succession path for staff.
 Conduct: Performance audit (corporate and staff) for strategic planning.
