Seren Booking Conditions Taster Courses The fee for each course, as outlined on the booking form, is non-refundable. Cancellations within one week of the start of the course forfeit the full fee. If you cancel more than a week in advance then you will be offered the option of transferring to another suitable course or putting the fee towards the cost of a full course. If you have to cancel but are able to offer the place to a friend or colleague they will be able to “take over” your place. There are a minimum number of places that need to be booked and paid for to make each course viable. If we fail to reach that minimum number the course will be cancelled. In the event of a course being cancelled for any reason whatsoever all those who have booked will be offered the chance to transfer to another suitable course or a full refund.
