MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION






Membership is open to the members of the member societies of International Pediatric Association.
Only International Associate Membership is granted by the Indian Academy of Pediatrics on annual basis only.
Membership should be renewed every year to ensure continuity without a break. Re-admission fee will be charged if there
is a discontinuity in membership renewal for a period of 1 year.
The member will be enrolled during any time of the calendar year but the membership will be charged for the full calendar
year of his/her enrollment although such a member is enrolled during anytime of the calendar year. The membership year
is computed from 1st January every year.
All communication with the International Associate members will be made via email only.
The content of the journal – “Indian Pediatrics” is available on its website: www.indianpediatrics.net The International
Associate Member may visit this website for content of the journal in electronic form. If any member would like to have a
hard copy of the journal, the same will be made available to him / her and will have to subscribe for it separately at the
prevailing rate at the time of subscribing and bear the airmail charges. The subscription details may be obtained from the

INDIAN PEDIATRICS is the official publication of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics. It is the most widely
circulated Pediatric Journal in the country with a monthly subscription of over 14,000. Its readership
includes pediatricians, Research Scholars, General Practitioners and Students. It has wide readership in
foreign countries also and is subscribed to by all medial libraries and National and International Health
Agencies.
INDIAN PEDIATRICS publishes important original research work in various fields of Pediatrics,
Therapeutics, Pharmacology and other allied Specialties. This is journal is being indexed by several
leading International Indexing Agencies. It has recently received an award for the best Indian Medical
Journal. The ISSN number of the Journal is ISSN 0019-6061.
The Subscription rates for direct subscribers for the year 2003 (Vol. No. 40; 12 issues) are revised due to
steep rise in the production cost, particularly due to the price of papers and postage charges.
