Registration deadline: 5 October 2014. Please send completed form to:
aic.camps@gmail.com. Conduct of the camp is dependent on a minimum number of
participants. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FLIGHTS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED OFFICIAL
CONFIRMATION THAT THE CAMP WILL TAKE PLACE.
Fees: EUR 550. Includes all accommodations, local transportation, three meals daily and
all programme events. Does not include transportation to and from the camp and
personal health insurance. Solidarity fee: EUR 600. This enables the AIC to offer
scholarships to activists unable to pay full fees.
Deposit: A deposit of EUR 100 is required at the time of registration to reserve your
place in the camp. This money will be applied to the cost of the camp. Should the camp
not take place, the full amount will be refunded to you within two weeks of notification.
If you cancel your participation prior to 5 October 2014, the money will be refunded to
you minus the bank transfer costs. If you cancel your participation after 5 October 2014,
no refund will be given.
