Each qualified horse/pony will receive a qualification card in the ring which will enable the owner to enter the Royal London Show, provided the owner and rider/handler are, or become registered with the International Showing Society within 28 days of the qualifying show. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY - By entering you are deemed to have agreed to the following: 1. The organisers reserve the right to ask any competitor to leave the arena if they feel any animal is unfit to compete or being unfairly treated. 3. Lead rein ponies are to be shown in a snaffle bridle with the lead rein attached to the noseband only. 4. No spurs to be worn by any junior rider (16 years & under). 5. All horses/ponies competing in ridden classes to be 4 years old or over. 6. Age of rider/handler is as that on the date of the show. 7. Hard hats to current BSI standards must be worn by all handlers aged 14 years and under in the in-hand classes and at all times when mounted, irrespective of age. Chin straps must be fastened. And purpose made riding boots at all times when mounted. If a Patey Hard is worn a disclaimer MUST be signed. 8. It is the responsibility of the competitors to be at the arena on time. 9. No person will enter the arena unless required to do so to compete or at the specific request of the judge. 10. Participants do so at their own risk. 11. The organisers will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to persons, animals or property. 12. All persons must be vigilant of vehicles and animals moving round the show area and should abide by the spectator/horse only zones and prohibited areas at all time. 13. Horses/ponies must be supervised at all times. Horses/ponies MUST NOT be left tied to vehicles including horseboxes unattended. 14. NO GALLOPING anywhere on the show ground unless requested by a judge. 15. Rubbish must be placed in the bins provided or removed from the show ground. 16. Vehicles must not be mucked out on the show ground or any part of the farm. 17. It is compulsory for horses to have Public Liability Insurance. 18. Colts, two years old or over must be suitably bitted and led by a handler who is competent and able to keep control at all times. 19. Any person behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave and will be disqualified. 20. All travelling horses and ponies must have a valid passport with them. All horses must be fully vaccinated. 21. The organiser reserves the right to cancel, alter, amend, split or amalgamate classes according to entries and circumstances. 22. All competitors should consider carefully the classes they enter. No refunds/swap of classes will be given under any circumstances whatsoever. 23 Any complaints must be lodged, in writing, with the show secretary within 30 minutes of the close of the class. A deposit of £30 must be left which will be returned if the complaint is upheld. 24. Smoking is prohibited within the grounds. A smoking point is by the double gates at the entrance only and please use bins provided. 25. Children under the age of 16 years must be supervised by an adult at all times. 26.THE JUDGE’S DECISION IS FINAL. Anyone acting discourteously to any judge/steward/organiser will be asked to leave the grounds. 27. Vehicles including trailers parked on the premises are left entirely at the owner’s risk. 28. All horses entered must be of good health and have appropriate up to date vaccinations and worm control to prevent any risk to other horses.
