Fellowship Day School Spring & Summer Consignment Sale

February 22 & 23, 2013
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 20th
9:00pm - 1:00pm - Set up the fellowship hall with
tables and racks. Organize and set up areas for
similar items.
5:00pm - 7:00pm - Accept Items for drop off.
Drop off items and place in appropriate areas.

Write information on 3x5 card two inches
below the safety pin, so tags can be easily
cut off when purchased

VERY IMPORTANT - consignor # must
be in upper right corner below the safety
pin

Clip the lower right corner if you DO NOT
want the item to be sold at 1/2 price on
Saturday
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 21st
9:00am -1:00pm - Drop off items and place in
appropriate areas.
6:00pm - 8:00pm - Preview sale for consignors and
volunteers.
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 22nd
9:00am – 6:30pm - Public Sale

from your dry cleaners-Skirts and pants
should be safety-pinned to wire hangers

Toys– hole punch on top of card and tie to
toy in a visible place-or you could tape onto
toy with clear packaging tape

Blankets– use zip lock bag with card taped
on outside of bag

Shoes– hole punch top left corner and tie
shoes together with card; zip lock bags are
also acceptable

Strollers, pack-n-play, high chairs, infant car
seats, bassinets, cribs, children’s furniture,
changing table, etc– tape card with clear
packaging tape

Books, movies, etc.-zip lock bag with card
taped on outside
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 23rd
9:00am - 1:00pm - ½ Price Public Sale
2:00—3:00pm Breakdown / Cleanup
3:00—4:00pm Pick up Unsold Items
We will accept gently used spring/summer clothing,
toys, shoes, baby needs, furniture, books, games,
videos, and other children’s items. Please join us and
receive 70% of the sale value of your sold items, with
a 30% tax deductible donation to our school. We
need many consignors and volunteers to make our
sale a success. Please call and volunteer a few hours
and/or consign. All volunteers and consignors will
receive a pass to the preview sale on Thursday
evening.
GENERAL INFORMATION:

Please provide self-addressed stamped
envelope to receive check and receipt for
your donation

Tickets for preview sale will be provided at
drop-off

Please sort all items by gender and size
before bringing to drop-off

Invite your family and friends to consign

No maternity

All sales are final-no returns or exchanges

We only accept cash and checks
TAGGING & PRICING:

Price items in whole dollars no less than $2
and write in the lower right corner of 3x5
index card; 1/3 to l/4 of original price
Gymboree

Please use care securing your cards so that it stays
with the item. Keep all sets and anything with
several parts packaged together to prevent
separation. We are not responsible for any lost
items. Check toys for batteries; if needed please
replace.
Make sure all items are clean and
something you would buy yourself. Remember,
items sell better if in good condition.
