The draft Connecting SEQ 2031 is an Integrated Regional Transport Plan for South East Queensland and supports the sustainable management of growth and aims to address the transport challenges of the region. 2. Connecting SEQ 2031 has been developed to respond to the SEQ Regional Plan’s growth framework and deliver a vision to guide transport planning and delivery of transport projects in south east Queensland. The draft plan has been prepared by the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) working closely with the Department of Infrastructure and Planning (DIP), TransLink Transit Authority (TTA) and in consultation with local governments in the SEQ region. 3. Cabinet endorsed the release of the draft Connecting SEQ 2031: An Integrated Regional Transport Plan for South East Queensland. 4.
