education and healing sessions, and lunchtime discussions and classes. Childcare is provided 10am-1pm at no charge to mamas

Healing Anger and Conflict with the Emotional Freedom Technique: Wednesday, June 17, 11:00am-1:00pm with Kim Cavins.
The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a wonderfully simple, yet effective healing technique whereby one taps gently
on acupressure points. People have obtained positive results for reducing stress, decreasing anxiety, and resolving
unpleasant emotions as well as for physical ailments. This technique can be performed on oneself or upon another and
has been effective for infants to senior citizens. No previous EFT experience necessary. For more information, email Kim at
