Business Opportunities in Europe
Dear Subscriber,
In our continuing efforts to provide the best possible service to you, the London,
Essex and Hertfordshire Euro Info Centres (EICs) have decided to broaden the
Business Opportunities service from January 2005 onwards.
The bulletin will continue to contain small profiles of foreign companies looking for
partners in the UK, e.g. importers, exporters, representatives, etc. The pricing system
for information on individual profiles will remain the same: £10 + VAT per profile for
non-members of the London Chamber of Commerce, free to members. However,
there will be fewer profiles featured in the bulletin.
As of January 2005, the EICs will also offer a tailored search service for your
company on the EICs’ Business Cooperation Database. The database contains
profiles of hundreds of companies looking for business cooperation. Using a search
form to be included at the end of this bulletin, you can tailor your search according to
business activity and country. Each extracted profile will contain the full contact
details of the company looking for partners, or of the EIC acting as an intermediary. It
will also contain a full description of the business request or offer. This search service
will cost £30 + VAT for non-members of the London Chamber of Commerce and £20
+ VAT for members. One search will generate a maximum of fifty profiles.
Essex, Hertfordshire and London EICs can still disseminate your business cooperation requests to the rest of the Euro Info Centre network. The charge for this
service remains £15 + VAT for members and £25 + VAT for non-members, less than
the cost of an advert in a foreign paper. We will be including a Finding Business
Partners Abroad form at the end of the next bulletin for you to return to your nearest
EIC.
Subscription to the bulletin will remain free of charge. Please do not hesitate to
contact your local EIC for further information on the bulletin.
