We will arrive dressed in tuxes most mornings. Check the schedule for details. Bus loads where each morning? Make sure you know. The Secretary will take attendance each morning Luggage Pack light. o One small bag per person can go under the bus if necessary o small carry-on o garment bag for tux Bus Etiquette Pick a seat and camp out. Front seat on either side is reserved for directors. No restroom use (unless it is a REAL emergency). Quiet hours are in effect on the bus until the first stop of the day. Attendance will be taken each time we board the bus. Procedure will be explained. When we arrive at a concert site, Dr. Ayling, our graduate assistant, and selected officers enter the site first. Everyone else remains on the bus to await instructions. Riser/luggage crews will be assigned as needed. Everyone helps! Host Family Etiquette Be courteous in all your interactions with hosts. Clearly communicate loading time in the morning. NO smoking or underage drinking in host homes. Leave a thank you note before departing. What To Bring Tuxedo with black socks and the correct tux shoes. Music Gloves for "Schmoker" and any other needed prop. Deodorant - A MUST! Febreeze - highly recommended…keep that tux and shirt smelling fresh!
