Awareness Video Bill 168 – Preventing Harassment & Violence in the Workplace – Sunday June 29, at 12:00 noon: In December 2013, First United Church adopted a policy to implement the requirements of Bill 168. The provisions of this bill apply to ministers, paid staff, lay leaders and volunteers of churches. The bill also applies to renters and tenants of church spaces. A training and awareness video will be shown in the Sanctuary on Sunday June 29th, at 12:00 noon. You are invited to view the video, ask questions, find out how this legislation concerns you.
