Monday 18 January 2016. Interviews will be held at Gloucestershire Airport on Saturday 23
January 2016 and we will aim to let shortlisted applicants know by Wednesday 20th January if they
have been selected for interview.
Terms and conditions

fly2help is an aviation charity (1119846) registered in England and Wales with the Charity Commission and a Company
limited by guarantee. It aims to inspire positive change through the wonder of flight.

Applications that do not include an agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions will be ineligible for consideration.

fly2help seeks to ensure that the process for selecting scholarship students is thorough, fair and in accordance with all
relevant UK law and regulations, including the Equality Act 2010, achieves the aims and objectives of fly2help, and is of a
high standard.

fly2help encourages young people who do not come from an aviation background to apply. No prior experience is necessary.

The selection process begins with a careful consideration of the written application forms by the Scholarship Panel, who are
Chief Executive Alison Pavier, Trustee Charlie Mondahl and Kim Davenport, the Aim High programme coordinator. No
additional material will be taken into account in preparing the short list based on written applications. The selection process
then involves a maximum of 20 applicants invited for interview. The interview will be held by the Scholarship Panel at
Gloucestershire Airport on 23rd January 2016. Once selected, Scholars will be required to accept or reject the scholarship.
Acceptance of the scholarship requires the Scholar to ensure they are available to attend every full day of the scholarship
throughout 15th - 19th February 2016.

During the scholarship, Scholars are expected to arrive on time, and be collected promptly. Scholars are also strongly
encouraged to attend any additional activities scheduled throughout the week, such as an evening event.

Scholars will be expected to bring a packed lunch on most days of the scholarship. Some drinks and snacks will be provided.

Although fly2help (whether by its Trustees, staff or management) does not consider that it would be in a situation where it
would be liable to a Scholar for loss or damage arising out of its activities, except where it is prohibited by law fly2help its
management and Trustees limit liability to a Scholar or any other person or body for any loss or damage of any kind, including
consequential loss and damage and personal injury and death, howsoever caused to £1,000.

fly2help will monitor the progress of each Scholar during the scholarship. In the event that fly2help considers the behaviour of
a Scholar to be inappropriate, fly2help reserves the right to revoke the scholarship.
