TierBase Locus Entry Form
This form is used to collect information necessary to create the corresponding loci for animal
lines in TierBase. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. For each locus, enter
the number which specifies the order in which the loci are stored for the animal line1.
The locus type is usually one of the following:
knock-out, knock-in, transgene, cre transgene, floxed locus, unknown mutation, wild
type.
For special locus types, contact the Breeding Administrator.

genotypes for the offspring will be displayed in the middle position.
