All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. For each locus, enter the number which specifies the order in which the loci are stored for the animal line1. The locus type is usually one of the following: knock-out, knock-in, transgene, cre transgene, floxed locus, unknown mutation, wild type. For special locus types, contact the Breeding Administrator. * Responsible scientist: * Department: * Line name: * Line number: (TierBase number provided by the Breeding administrator) Loci for the line: * Locus # * Abbreviation (<8) Full locus name (<80) * Locus type Function (<80) Tissue expression (<80) Chromosome (<5) Description * Locus # * Abbreviation (<8) Full locus name (<80) * Locus type Function (<80) Tissue expression (<80) Chromosome (<5) Description * Locus # * Abbreviation (<8) Full locus name (<80) * Locus type Function (<80) Tissue expression (<80) Chromosome (<5) Description 1 For example, a triple knock-out with locus 1=CD22, locus 2=CD45 and locus 3=CD81 means that the CD45 genotypes for the offspring will be displayed in the middle position.
