To discharge the products of combustion to air from 18 boilers and 3 generators with a
total existing heat generation capacity of 12 Mega Watts (MW) as well as an unstated
number of additional boilers/generators less than 1 MW in size, for the purpose of
providing heating and back-up power supply to a number of buildings on the Main
University Campus area.
