*The first area is fermentation technology for the production of microbial enzymes (lingocellulolytic enzymes, lignin-degrading enzymes, xylanases, tannases, cellulases, keratinases, proteases, pectinases and proteolytic enzymes including thermophilic enzymes) in submerged and solid-state fermentation culture techniques. The solid-state fermentation is used for the production of enzymes, animal feeds, fermentable sugars, feather meal protein and domestic waste degradations.
* Studied of Lipase from palm oil seed and uses lipase / enzymes for Food-protein modification.
Improvement of Biological active compounds from natural resources and uses for mankind.
*The third area is the “Extraction and purification of allergen protein from local garden & wild flower pollen and Reduction of Allergenicity of Flowers Pollen protein conjugated with polysaccharide (galactomannan) by Millard Reaction.
