Work: Interior Furnishing job in the proposed Branch at Jahangirpuri, New Delhi.
Sealed item rate tenders from enlisted contractors are invited for captioned work. The
prescribed schedule of quantities may be obtained from Bank’s Zonal Office at 1st floor,
17, Parliament Street, New Delhi or may be downloaded from Bank’s website
www.allahabadbank.in. Sealed Quotations in the prescribed schedule super scribing name
of work and firm’s name may be submitted at Zonal Office as per following program.

Should the work be not completed to the satisfaction of
the Employer within the stipulated period, the
contractor shall be bound to pay to the Employer a sum
equivalent to 1% of the accepted tendered per week
subject to ceiling of 10% of the accepted contract
amount by way of liquidated damages and not as
penalty during which the work remains uncommenced
or unfinished after expiry of the completion date.
No advance will be paid. However running bill during
progress of work may be paid considering the progress
of work. The payment will be made on the basis of
actual measurements. Income tax will be deducted as per
the rules.
Retention Money 10% will be deducted from the bill
and to be released after 6 months from the date of virtual
completion provided no defects is observed during this
period.
Final payment will be made on satisfactory completion
of the job
The Bank reserve the right to accept or reject any or all the tender without assigning any
reason whatsoever.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:1. The work to be completed with a period of as specified in NIT.
2. The contractor should quote in figures as well as in words the rate and amount
tendered by them. The amount of items should be worked out and the requisite totals
to be given.
3. All erasures and alterations to be made while filing the tender must attested by initials
of contractor. Overwriting of figures is not permitted.
4. The rates quoted in the tenders shall be include all charges of scaffolding, lifting,
tools and plants, freights, labour conditions and fluctuations in rates, excise duty,
VAT octroi and any other taxes or expenditure of carrying out the works. TDS will be
deducted from the bills as per rules.
5. Liquidity Damages: Should the work be not completed to the satisfaction of employer
within the stipulated period, the contractor will be bound to pay to the Employer a

6. Contractors are required to co-ordinate with other contractors like A.C, electrical,
works so that entire Interior work should not be affected.
7. Contractor is required to take adequate care during progress of work to protect floor,
ceiling, electrical fittings, etc provided in buildings and sanitary fittings & fixtures etc
furniture etc. In case any damage, contractors at their own cost shall make the same
good. Contractors to submit time schedule of work. After completion of work,
cleaning of floors, furniture, etc to be done to the satisfaction of occupants
8. Payment Terms :- As per NIT
9. All safety measures should be taken during execution of work to avoid accident at
site.
10. All rules related Contract Labour Act shall be followed by the contractor. Minimum
wages to be paid to labours at site. The contractor should compensate any loss, injury
to workers and other persons in the building as per rules.

3. Supplying and erecting full height partly glazed
partitions as per following specifications:

Mirandi wood sections, treated with two coats of wood
preservatives, 60mm x 40mm, at maximum 600mm

horizontal and vertical as per site conditions.

Edge moulds: All free top/ end surfaces shall have

as per drawings and instructions and 100x12mm steam
beach / teak wood skirting duly polished/ painted as
directed.
Each cash workstation shall comprise of the drawer unit,
Tea tray at top, Cash drawers with approved telescopic
channels for drawer-slides, automatic locks (keys in
duplicate), wire managers, space for computer CPU,
modesty panel and other necessary hardware and
accessories including satin finish S. S. handles of
approved quality. Inner face of cash counter to be
provided with 16G, G.I. sheet. Inner faces of drawers/
cabinets to be painted/ polished in approved shade.
Providing & fixing 12mm thick clear float glass on cash
counters with S S clamps, necessary polished beadings etc
complete all as directed by the Bank.
Supplying and erecting clerical counters (running
tables) 750mm deep and 750mm high including drawer –
cum-cabinet unit for files, space for computer CPU, wire
managers, modesty panel, tea tray etc. made with 19mm
thick BWR grade block board on top and supporting sides
/ front with necessary well seasoned Malaysian Sal/ Kail/
Mirandi wood frame work, finished on top with mirror
polished, 18mm thick granite slab (Jet black/Ruby granite)
with rounded edges and sides with 1.0 mm thick laminate
of approved shade and quality, including providing and
fixing 450mm long key board tray of approved shade,
hardware and accessories at each of the counter. All
exposed edges of block board are to be provided with half
round teak wood mouldings, duly polished and

Supplying and fixing in position 35 mm thick solid core
hot pressed phenol formaldehyde bonded partly glazed
flush door shutter of approved make finished up to 900
mm from floor level with 1.00 mm thick laminate of
approved quality on both sides of the door shutter &

polished white or steam beech wood (6mm thick) edge
lippings and 100x12mm steam beach / teak wood skirting
