Target Audience
This program has been designed for departmental/institutional faculty, fellows, residents, medical students, nurses,
community physicians and QA/CEQI personnel in the medical specialties of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery,
anesthesiology, radiology, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, and other related specialties.
Educational Objectives
After completing this activity, participants should be able to:
 Discuss new and ongoing basic science and clinical research in otolaryngology
 Apply knowledge of current issues affecting the diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment of Otolaringologic and
related disorders to best practice
 Manage medical and surgical complications

It is policy at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania for individuals who are in a position to
