Purpose of Services Midrange Services is responsible for planning, designing, building, operating and supporting the Department’s technology infrastructure and shared services. We are looking for a dedicated professional to assist the Branch in completing a number of technology initiatives including Sharepoint 2012, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the System Centre suite of products, and 3rd level product support. The primary role of a senior windows infrastructure engineer is to maintain, configure and support the multiple IT environments maintained by the SSC. Specifically, the duties of an infrastructure engineer will be to provide support for the Microsoft suite of infrastructure products, to provide server production support, to assist development teams in solution design, and to provide 3rd level support for infrastructure related issues.
