PROPERTY POLLUTION EXCLUSION
Notwithstanding anything in the policy to which this endorsement is attached, this Insurance
does not cover any loss, damage, costs or disbursements caused directly or indirectly by
release or discharge or dispersal of toxic or hazardous substances, contaminants or pollutants.
Under no circumstances will we cover the removal, disposal, decontamination or replacement of
insured property which has been contaminated by toxic or hazardous substances, contaminants
or pollutants. Such loss is excluded regardless of any other cause of event that contributes
concurrently or in any sequence to the loss.
