ANTENNA DESIGN ENGINEER
Channel Master
Position Requirements
Design and analysis of antenna systems for
consumer and commercial communication industries.
Emphasis on ground based reflector systems and
waveguide sub-assemblies (feed horns, CP
polarizers, OMT/diplexers, filter, etc.) for satellite
communications in the 3-40 GHz bands.




Develop cost effective, quick to market products
utilizing state-of-the-art microwave design tools while
closely working with mechanical engineering and
prototype machine shops.
Intimate involvement in all stages of product
development. Interfacing with customers to define
requirements and specifications.

Develop test plans for prototype and production
antenna systems, and supervise technicians and
entry-level engineers.


Occasional designs of array antennas for 54 MHz 40 GHz including planar waveguide and stripline
arrays, yagi and log periodics designs.

BS EE or Physics with microwave/ electromagnetic
emphasis is preferred.
Masters or beyond is beneficial.






5 or more years of related experience is preferred.
Experience with reflector and feed assembly design
tools (HFSS, TICRA, NECREF or equivalent) as well
as antenna test equipment (ranges, network and
spectrum analyzers) is very beneficial.
Antenna/waveguide design experience for high
volume production techniques is also beneficial (diecasting, investment casting, etc.)
