This Regulation is made in English only. Wild rice harvesting areas 1. (1) Ontario is divided into the wild rice harvesting areas shown on the plans filed in the office of the Surveyor General under the numbers in Column 1 of the following Table and the dates shown opposite in Column 2 of the Table. (2) Each wild rice harvesting area shown on the plans listed in Column 1 of the following Table is situate in whole or in part in the geographic area, as described in Ontario Regulation 180/03 (Division of Ontario into Geographic Areas) made under the Territorial Division Act, 2002, listed opposite in Column 3 of the Table.
