My reports have been independently validated by both sides against objective testing and as a result it has been agreed by IRISC and the Union of Democratic Mineworkers that I should adjudicate in the event of unresolved disputes. I have provided reports in medical negligence and personal injury cases on behalf of both claimants and defendants. I have attended a course on medico-legal report writing. I am aware of my overriding duty as an expert to help the court on matters within my expertise. Sample reports are available on request. 2
