ask you pharmacist for details. Not all prescription drugs are covered.
Target Pharmacy $4 Program
The Target $4 generic drug program information is provided in cooperation with the Center for
Consumer Self Care & the UCSF Department of Clinical Pharmacy. On their website they have
an alphabetical drug list or a category drug list. Go to www.target.com Under Target Stores
click on Pharmacy. Go to Generic Drugs & they have listed more than 300 generic drugs for $4
for a 30 day supply. Not all prescription drugs are covered

Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club $4 Program
Now 90 Day Prescriptions for $10 (May 5, 2008)
Wal–Mart offers over 350 different drugs at only $4 per prescription fill or refill (up to a 30-day
supply).* The program is available at all Wal–Mart, Sam's Club and Neighborhood Market
pharmacies. Go to website: www.walmart.com Go to the pharmacy & click on generic drugs
for $4 for a 30 day supply. You can get these prescription drug savings whether or not you have
any prescription drug coverage through your company, under Medicare or any other plan. The
list of covered drugs is subject to change. Not all prescription drugs are covered by this program.
Only prescriptions initially filled in person at a participating pharmacy are eligible for the $4
rate; refills must also be picked up in-store, but may be ordered in person, online or by phone.

The Prescription Savings Club
The Prescription Savings Club is a discounted prescription buying program for individuals who
have no prescription drug coverage or insufficient drug coverage. Members are entitled to
discounts on cash prices for select medications included in the Savings Club Formulary.
Members shall pay a yearly fee of $20 for individuals & $35 for families. Family price includes
