MOTION FOR PRODUCTION OF BOSTON POLICE DEPARTMENT BOOKING SHEETS
Juvenile, E A, pursuant to Mass. R. Crim. P. 14 (a)(2), hereby respectfully moves this Honorable
Court to order the Commonwealth to produce a copy of the Boston Police Department booking sheets for
the co-defendant juveniles surrounding the Boston Police Department’s detainment and arrest of the
Juvenile at the Commuter Rail’s stop, Roxbury, Massachusetts, on ________ .
Wherefor, Juvenile requests that this Court enter an order directing the Commonwealth to produce
any and all police booking sheets of the co-defendant juveniles regarding the events in paragraphs one and
two of this motion, in the possession, custody or control of the Commonwealth.
