Zero Energy Balancing: Key to Energy Medicine
Science and Technology of Ancient Masters
Zero Energy Balancing (ZEB) healing technology originates from ancient
spiritual traditions and has been discovered through the applications of
integrated, higher sciences. Egyptian and early Christian (pre-Council of
Nicaea, 325AD) traditions had methods and technology to heal the human
soul for eventual ascension. The creator of ZEB healing technology, Cliff
Stumbaugh has again brought forth this ancient wisdom to heal the human
soul, referred to from this point on as the human plasma body. ZEB
technology uses plasma and electromagnetic energy technologies. Not only
has this ancient wisdom been used to develop technology that heals, but it
has also been used to develop technology that harms. The most advanced
weaponry on our planet the U.S. HAARP and Russia’s Scalar-Wave
weaponry are both examples of plasma technology. Depending on the
intentions of the owner, this powerful leading-edge technology can have
dramatic consequences. ZEB technology used with positive intention can
help to purify human plasma bodies and evolve the field of energy medicine.
Plasma science is what describes the creation of our vast universe, its
galaxies, our sun and all life. All matter in our universe swims in a sea of
plasma energy. 99% of our universe is plasma energy. It is all around us,
invisible, weightless and barely detectable. It behaves like a liquid, is
considered 5th dimensional and is the doorway to even higher dimensions.
The only time we see plasma energy is when we see the aurora borealis or
look at the sun or stars. It is often mistakenly defined as a gas.

The human plasma bodies pictured above show both unpurified and
purified human plasma bodies. Purifying human plasma bodies involves
energy healing to unblock, clear and harmonize the Chinese acupuncture
meridians, Indian chakra systems and auric field layers. ZEB devices do just
this. They are designed to break up energy blockages, simulate hands-onhealing, acupuncture, reiki, bioresonance frequency healing, and to correct
general body ailments. ZEB devices can improve human and animal health
and are light-years ahead of acupuncture and needle usage. Below are
pictures of magical, transformative rods from ancient Egyptian and Christian
spiritual traditions. In spiritual traditions, these rods have many magical
uses and with proper intent are meant to purify and attune the impure soul
for ascension as a being of pure light. ZEB devices are a modern version of

The first known rods originated from ancient Egypt or Khem, inventors of
alchemy. From as early as 8000 BCE, the cattle herders of ancient Egypt
called their rod a Was or Wadjet. It was often symbolized by a cobra coiled
around a papyrus stem. The pictures show Ptah, the creator god, and Isis,
the goddess of magic and healing, with their rods. Staffs and rods are seen
throughout ancient Egypt and were essential to the purification rituals for
the ascension of their mummies.
Ancient Hebrew myths tell us that Adam, God’s first human, was given a
rod which was then handed down through Enoch, Shem, Abraham, Isaac,
Jacob, Joseph and Jethro to Moses and Aaron. The rods of Aaron and
Moses performed miracles which subdued the Egyptians and freed the
Israelites. In the Christian “Gospel of John,” Jesus refers to same rod when
he says, “As Moses lifted the serpent (rod) in the wilderness, even so must
the Son of Man be lifted up that whoever believes in Him should not perish
but have eternal life.”
Ancient Sumerian, Indian and Tibetan traditions also had the staff and
serpent symbolism of the rod. The staff was interchangeable with the human
spine, and the serpent with the “Kundalini” energy at the base of the spine.
The Kundalini refers to the mothering intelligence behind yogic awakening
and spiritual maturation leading to altered states of consciousness. The rod
is often represented by two coiled snakes that cross each other seven times, a
reference to the seven chakra energy centers. Today ZEB devices are used
for transforming chakras along the spine and healing the human body.
Cliff Stumbaugh, ZEBs Inventor
Back in the early 1970’s when Cliff Stumbaugh began experiencing
clairvoyant abilities an Ascended Master from the other side came to him
and asked him to become a master diviner. As part of his divining education,
he began working with pyramids and pyramid-focused plasma energy.
Divining is an ancient practice of using divining rods to “measure” the
spiraling, neutral energies of plasma energy. Prior to this time Stumbaugh
had retired from the Air Force where he was in charge of flight simulation
systems. He won a U.S. presidential award for being the first engineer to
develop a flight simulator that actually felt like flying a plane. In the
beginning years of his retirement he also worked as a healer. Using the
combination of his talents he started to work on inventing a hands-onhealing simulator that would generate all of the energies emitted by healing
hands. His first major success came when he encountered an associate’s
sick dog. The dog wouldn’t eat and had no energy to move about.
Stumbaugh tried his first proto-type ZEB on the dog and within minutes the
dog went to drink some water. The owner called the next day and said her
dog seemed back to normal. This was Stumbaugh’s first realization that he
really had something.
Stumbaugh continued to work on healing devices and beings from the other
side continued to assist him. Once while he was driving his car, he was
shown in a vision as to how the Higher Order creates galaxies. He saw how
they start stirring or spinning the plasma energy to form galaxies. Another
time he was actually taken up into a “higher order vehicle” (UFO) and was
shown moving colored vectors. Stumbaugh knew the colored vectors were
directional indicators of plasma energy called scalar-waves but he did not
fully understand what they were showing him. He was told he would one
day fully understand the higher sciences of these scalar-wave vectors. On
another occasion, Stumbaugh was one of five individuals tested by the
Higher Order to determine which individual on Earth was best suited to
reproduce the gift given as the book “The Keys of Enoch”. Many know that
J. Hurtak was the clairvoyant-scientist chosen for the challenge. These
experiences were over 30 years ago, and today Stumbaugh has developed
several types of devices including: human and animal biofield healing ZEBs,
an EMF protection ZEB, a magnetic water ZEB, ZEBs for clearing
environmental pests, and a meridian-ring frequency analysis technique.
What Is Noticed During ZEB Healings?
During a ZEB session a hand is placed over each chakra in a sequence while
the ZEB device is pointed at a person’s tailbone parallel to their
spine. While the recipient’s eyes are closed, they might see colors. Green is
a good color and will often be seen when a chakra has cleared. Reds usually
indicate energy de-toxification and other colors indicate vivification or
relaxation. One can also scan the ZEB device slowly over the body and
notice what is felt. If an area normally feels achy or congested, it should
decrease in pain and feel lighter. Energy work in general is very subtle and
requires a sensitivity to detect. Often one will feel coolness coming from the
ZEB device and, on rare occasions, warmth. If a recipient has an injury or
major energy blockage, they might feel their muscles twitch or sense warmth
as the blockage is released. If a person has chronic fatigue or something
similarly debilitating, they might feel more energetic afterwards. If one is
overly emotional about something, they would feel more relaxed and at
peace. Sometimes when ZEB is clearing a major energy blockage, one will
feel something similar to a magnetic or gravity pull and then it will dissipate.
If a person has a huge energy shift they might feel a release of emotions or
pulsations of energy.
What Is Zero Energy Balancing (ZEB)?
ZEB devices have a plasma radiation field around them comparable to a
magnet or electromagnet. It perpetuates itself by circulating plasma and
electromagnetic (EMF) energies around itself from the output to its input in
one continuous process. According to Stumbaugh, a healthy human or
animal plasma body consists of flowing, unpolarized plasma. The ZEB
device’s energy beam attracts blocked, stuck or polarized plasma from the
subject’s plasma body. Here the blocked or polarized plasma is accelerated
through the ZEB unit via its tuned cavity ring-down processor. The plasma
is then depolarized and discharged out of the unit. Zero balance is achieved
as the sum of all unpolarized plasma is zero.
Using a ZEB device is simple. As it is about the size of a flashlight, one
moves the ZEB device over the affected body part for 10-15 seconds or, to
treat the entire plasma body, leaves it next to the resting patient-subject for
10-30 minutes. The treatment is so unusual. Does it really work?
Healings with ZEB Devices
In July of 2007, a holistic vet of Apple Creek, Ohio used a ZEB device on
Jan Knode’s 17-year old Doberman. Jan’s Doberman was very sick and
slept almost all the time. After the vet used the ZEB device for about an
hour, her Doberman played in the van all the way home. After that, Jan’s
Doberman had a lot more energy and agility for playing ball and Frisbee.
Jan now uses a ZEB device to treat pain and injuries, eradicate skin
parasites, and treat yeast infections.

ZEB healing devices are one of the best ways to heal inflammation. Beth
Crose, a horse and animal healer, provided the following case study from her
website. The thermal images above are from the hoof of a Quarter Horse
diagnosed with ring bone. The digital thermal images show how using a
ZEB device reduced heat and inflammation from about 80% image
brightness to 40% brightness. Lighter colors are the hottest temperatures
and darker colors are the coolest in the thermal images. The horse’s owner
in Avon Lake, Ohio said if she hadn't seen the before and after pictures, she
would never have believed what she had witnessed. She was able to ride her
horse the following day.
Jason Fells of Portsmouth Virginia uses a ZEB device on his clients. “The
Ultimate ZEB has been amazing with every client. When I have used the
ZEB device most have told me they feel light like air. They can feel energy
working on the area of blockage, trauma or pain. Using the ZEB device I
scan from the bottom chakra to the top chakra, inner to outer, then the left
and right sides of the body. I do this 3 to 5 times. Sometimes it makes the
muscles skip as tension, pain or blockage is released in the body. Many
clients have told me they felt sleepy afterwards or have fallen asleep. They
also feel more relaxed and calm.”
Energy Medicine – Medicine’s Future Paradigm
The newest ZEB device applies both plasma and electro-magnetic fields to
the body. Stumbaugh refers to the plasma-electro-magnetic ZEB as the
PEMF ZEB. These ZEB devices induce the production of weak electrical
currents in the tissues. Weak biocurrents can influence the flow of blood
and oxygen to the tissues and the flow of ions and of nutrients into the cells.
This enhancement of circulation and nutrient exchange can be beneficial in
improving cellular bioenergetics.
Nobel Prize winner Dr. Albert Szent-Gyorgi, Thomas J. Goodwin with
NASA, Dr. Reuven Sandyk and many other scientists have shown the
positive biological effects from EMFs (electro-magnetic fields). Research
has shown EMF’s reduce pain, diminish inflammatory ailments, accelerate
wound and injury healing, grow bone and neurons, improve gene and protein
expression, restore cellular electrical systems, re-establish cell function and
cellular metabolism, increase and restore the abnormally low transmembrane
potential (TMP) in cancer cells. In addition to the EMF effects, ZEBs’
plasma emissions clear auras, chakras, meridians, biofields, and zap
pathogen energies as well.
The Human Plasma Body Layers or Ring Frequencies
ZEB device energies mirror the plasma healing energies during hands-onhealing. The pictures above show the soul body layers or ring frequencies.
These energies are emitted by healers’ hands. Likewise ZEB devices emit
bioplasmic ring frequencies. Ancient spiritual traditions sometimes refer to
these energies as the “stairway to heaven” or “Jacob’s Ladder.” These
energies can be experienced as subjective states of consciousness and
doorways to dimensions 5 and higher. The crown chakra on top of the head
is the doorway to the 10th dimension beyond space and time. According to
Stumbaugh, the 10th dimension is where the holographic eye of Source
exists and which is instrumental in transforming mind to matter. ZEB
devices have a 10th dimensional holographic window described later.

black-hole emits plasma in frequencies from radio to X-ray. The black-hole
itself is to the left of the image. Colors indicate the wavelength in which
energetic particles give off most of their energy: contours show the radio
emission; blue (A, B1, B2/3) is for X-rays; green (C1, C2) for optical light
and red (D1-H1) is for infrared emission. ZEB technology emits various
colors (frequencies) of plasma energy in a fashion analogous to black-hole
emissions.
Analyzing the Ring Frequency Imbalances
One can think of the human plasma body as an orchestra of these energies,
each requiring attunement. Stumbaugh has developed an original method,
the “Ring Frequency Analysis Method,” for determining the out-of-tune
frequencies in the human plasma body. Once the imbalances are determined
the ZEB device is then programmed to emit the appropriate frequencies. In
Chinese Medicine there are 14 main energy channels or meridians. Various
pathogens are known to have specific “Ring Frequencies,” too. In fact
everything in the universe has a particular “Ring Frequency” and can be
identified by such. ZEB devices can “Zero Energy Balance” each of these.
Why Hasn’t the Human Plasma Body Been Measured?
Plasma – Two Twisted Electrical Currents
EMF Waves – Single Electrical Current
The human plasma body is composed of plasma and electromagnetic fields.
Both plasma with electrons and ions, and EMF have magnetism and
electrons that carry electric currents, and emit light when transferring
energy. Notice in the plasma picture above that plasma electron currents
travel in left-right spiraling current pairs. Symmetric geometric 3-d plasmas
can have a net zero electric current. This is one of the main reasons modern
scientists have not been able to measure the invisible, low-density human
plasma body. Modern electronics produces single-stranded EMF currents
that have asymmetric polarity changes which are measurable. Plasma is
also believed to exist without electrons or ions and in this state is referred to
as scalar-waves. Plasma in this state is believed to be spinning, symmetric
force-free magnetism and can only be measured through the use of divining
rods. Research is currently being conducted in order to measure these
(possibly magnetic) zero field spinning polarizations.
The other main reason the human bioplasma with electrons and ions hasn’t
been measured is the invisible (dark) current is too low to measure. Lowlight cameras with special frequency filtering for various photon
frequencies, however, have shown some success. Harry Oldfield has done
this with his PIP camera. This method still needs more detail to serve as a
practical medical diagnostic tool. Russian scientists Peter Gariaev and Dr.
Vladamir Poponin have used laser correlation spectroscopy to measure the
photon polarizations of DNA. The photon polarizations are indicative of
plasma energy absorption and life-force activation. This is an extremely
high resolution measurement but does not work well for the human body at
large as the measurement system only tackles microscopic molecules.
During hands-on-healing experiments by Sue Benford in 1999, background
EMF gamma rays decreased. This indicates that the human body is an
absorber of gamma radiation during healing which then feeds and gives lifeforce to the biochemical body. In a related experiment, a ZEB device was
placed between the patients’ ankles in an EMF shielded radiation oncology
room at Doctors Hospital West in Columbus, Ohio. The ZEB device yielded
the same results as hands-on-healers: gamma radiation was absorbed when a
ZEB device was used.
Biomagnetism has been measured with superconducting quantum
interference devices (SQUIDs). These measurements can indicate
neurological and cardiological dysfunctions. Magnetic resonance imaging
(MRI) and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging (NMR) are other magnetic
measurement devices. These magnetic measurements are the magnetic
response of specific ions and molecules of the body to very strongly, pulsed
magnetic fields and are not the ambient magnetic fields of the SQUID
device measurements. It is interesting to note that magnetic therapy has a
growing scientific basis as well.
Russian scientists have invented gas discharge voltage photography (GDV)
or Kirlian photography. This technique captures the photonic discharge
response of the human bioplasma in response to high-frequency EMF fields.
Russian scientists M. Shaduri and her partner G. Tchitchninadze refined the
Kirlian technique and have shown with amazing images the holographic
nature of the human plasma body.
Bridge Between Spirit and Matter

Branch Emits Cosmic Sap = Plasma Energy
The magical rod of the ancients is said to be a branch from the cosmic “Tree
of Life.” Furthermore both the cosmic tree and the cosmic branch are said to
emit vivifying cosmic sap or “Living Waters.” Mythologists William Henry
has demonstrated in his books that the mythological cosmic “Tree of Life” is
our Milky Way galaxy, and that in the middle of our galaxy is an after-life
gate. He further concludes that vivifying cosmic sap emanates from the
after-life gate in the center of our galaxy. Plasma scientist Donald Scott is
one of the first to affirm in scientific terms that the center of our galaxy is a
galactic black-hole and that this center is also an emitter of plasma energy.
In his book Electric Sky he describes the plasma science of galactic creation.
He shows how our Milky Way and its galactic circuit are created from the
central black-hole that emits high-energy plasma currents. Combining the
mythological research of Henry with the scientific research of Scott, we see
that the ancient’s life-giving energy of the after-life gateway is mirrored in
the scientist’s emitted high-energy plasma currents of the galactic blackhole. Likewise the ancient magical rods, or “cosmic tree branches,” contain
and emit plasma energy, the ancient vivifying cosmic sap.
Stumbaugh, the inventor of ZEB healing devices, has been teaching for more
than 10 years that his inventions are plasma emitting devices. In other
words, the ancient rods emitting the cosmic sap in mythology are today’s
ZEB devices emitting plasma energy.
Stirring a Liquid Unifies Physics Theories?
Stumbaugh’s intuitive wisdom surpasses much of today’s scientific
knowledge. Modern scientific theories are starting to unify and actually
affirm the wisdom of the ancients. Plasma Science is the experimental
backbone that can reproduce in laboratories what cosmologist measure in the
greater universe. Another scientific theory, String Theory describes all
elementary components of matter and energy not as particles but as
vanishingly (popping in and out of existence) small vibrating strings. It
describes all matter as just different pitches (ring frequencies) of these
vibrating strings. String Theory is only a mathematical theory without
experimental validation. To date the mathematical String Theorists have not
delved into the experimentally verified Plasma Science. Interestingly
enough, there is actually a direct correspondence between the mathematical
strings of String Theory and the twisted plasma (Birkeland) currents of
Plasma Science. String Theory can describe the complicated mathematics of
a black-hole but cannot reproduce it in the real world like Plasma Science
can.
Another leading theory of modern physics, Quantum Chromodynamics or
QCD, is backed by decades of experiments but says nothing of gravity, only
the miniscule components of matter, quarks and gluons and EMF. Recently,
the two leading physics theories, the mathematical String Theory and the
experimental QCD, have been shown to be mathematically equivalent. Juan
Maldacena has developed a pseudo-QCD theory that shows that all the
quarks of matter can be described with the same mathematics as the galactic
black-holes of String Theory. The newer mathematics reveals that all
matter, as well as black-holes are akin to the stirring of a liquid. To put this
modern day science in terms of Stumbaugh’s intuitive wisdom: all matter
consists of stirring or spinning the liquid-like substance of plasma energy
as shown in the following pictures.

Plasma Focusing Devices: How They Work
ZEB devices radiate plasma energies with technology similar to both a
galactic black-hole and a plasma focus gun. The dense plasma gun is a
high-energy device while the ZEB plasma device is a low-energy device.
The plasma focus gun can show scientists how a black-hole creates a
galactic circuit that fuels a torroidal galaxy. The ZEB device is a standard to
show scientists the principles of energy medicine. All four of the following
technologies work from the same scientific principles:




a ZEB bioplasma healing device
a pyramid, an energy conversion device
a plasma focus gun
a galactic black-hole, the mother of each galaxy
.
They all work by focusing plasma energy waves. The plasma waves develop
various density layers which then create charging and discharging capacitor
effects.

The dense plasma focus device consists of two coaxial cylindrical electrodes
usually less than 30 cm in all dimensions in a gas-filled vacuum chamber
connected to a capacitor bank. It is capable of producing high-energy X-ray
and gamma-ray radiation and intense beams of electrons and ions, as well as
abundant fusion reactions. In operation, the capacitors discharge highvoltage in a several-microsecond pulse. The gas is ionized and a plasma
current sheath, consisting of pinched current filaments, forms and runs down
the electrodes.
Galaxy with Black-hole, How It Works

Electric current flowing into the center of a galaxy along its spiral arms
creates powerful magnetic fields at the center that wind up like a giant
cosmic spring. At some moment, the spring effectively snaps, accelerating
matter in opposed beams out of the plane of the galaxy. The repetitive nature
of these outbursts can be seen in the bright x-ray jet. Notice the magnetic
rings with corresponding ring currents.
ZEB – Zero Energy Balancing Device, How It Works
Imagine the human plasma body as a flute or tube of energy along the spine
with an energy flow in the shape of an egg surrounding the human body,
much like a torroid shape. ZEB plasma technology is based mainly on the
geometry of a cylindrical resonant cavity, yielding a plasma field in the
shape of a torroid. Plasma in a confined space has stranded spiral wave
pairs. They can travel in either longitudinal or transverse modes, or a
mixture of both. The longitudinal mode of a resonant cavity is a particular
standing wave pattern. The key features which enable ZEB devices to heal
the human plasma body are:




broad-band electromagnetic plasma ring frequencies
resonant cavities which deliver these ring frequencies
a holographic multi-dimensional window for running programs
ring frequency analysis methods
ZEB devices radiate plasma energies. The right-hand energies are from 01350kHz and the left-hand energies are from 0-10Hz. These biological
frequencies resonate with each living cell in our bodies much like a tuned
radio circuit. Each cell is activated, exercised and detoxified. The
acupuncture meridians of Asia and the yogic chakras of India and Tibet are
unblocked and purified as well. It has a 10-dimensional holographic
window described next. The multi-dimensional window is the key center for
programming various frequency healing programs.
A Multi-Dimensional Window (Wormhole)
The center of a galaxy is where a black-hole connects with a white-hole to
form a holographic multi-dimensional doorway or a wormhole. The ZEB
device’s centrally located holographic window or wormhole is where
dimensions 5-10 are accessed. ZEB devices are programmable through the
holographic multi-dimensional window using frequencies, words or
symbols. The physics behind a wormhole is described by String Theorists.
These physicists theorize all “objects” have 10 dimensions. Alice in
Wonderland’s rabbit-hole mirrors this principle in story form. Alice starts
out in our 4-dimensional world then goes through a rabbit-hole (wormhole)
and re-appears in an other-dimensional world (dimensions 5-10 in our
analogy.)
Wormhole, Black-hole-White-hole, Multi-Dimensional Doorway
If String Theory physicists are right, then all “objects” are made of 10
dimensions. In other words, all “objects” are made of multi-dimensional
plasma forms somewhat analogous to “spinning torroids”. The galactic
black-hole diagrams earlier in the article show spiraling, vortex formations
analogous to stirring water in a cup. Recent discoveries by physicists have
shown the mathematics of stirring a liquid is the same mathematics that
defines macrocosmic galactic black-holes and microcosmic quarks and
gluons of atoms. It is likely that all 5-dimensional plasma “objects” in our
universe are really holographic projections from our 10th dimensional
creator-source. To put it metaphorically, our universe is much like a movie
being projected onto a screen from a higher dimensional source, the
projector. Or put another way our universe is like the “Wizard of Oz” who
projects out his larger-than-life multi-sensory image from inside his little
curtain.

SUMMARY
ZEB technology originates from the wisdom of the Ancients. ZEB
technology can be elucidated by ancient spiritual mythology and by modern
day plasma science. Spiritual mythology shows the greater purpose of ZEB
devices to heal and purify the human soul. Plasma science offers us the
understanding of the physics behind the technology. Energy medicine has a
better foundation as a result of this revived plasma healing technology.
