Our Company
JSC Izhevsk Furniture Accessories Plant FMS specializes in furniture accessories
production. In 2006 it will be the 17th anniversary from the beginning of the plant production
activity. Having begun in 1989 with the acquiring the first wire-nail machine and nail production
the plant turned into the large-scale enterprise which produces now more than 800 kinds of furniture
accessories and has more than 1 000 clients, whose geography spreads all over Russia. We export
our goods to the USA, Kazakhstan, Byelorussia, Ukraine. Izhevsk Furniture Accessories Plant also
supplies with its output the enterprises producing furniture for the Swedish company IKEA.
Izhevsk Furniture Accessories Plant provides the following engineering processes:
- PVC plastic processing by extrusion method (furniture edges and profiles);
- Metae cold heading and knurl (male screw, screws, tie bars);
- Sheet-metal stamping (angles, collars, brackets etc);
- Plastic processing by die casting method (wheel, turntable and stationary bearings,
rolls);
- Plasma spraying with imitation of gold, nickel, titanium (glass holders);
- Assembly production of furniture accessories.

In December 2004 JSC Izhevsk Furniture Accessories Plant FMS received the certification
of correspondence with management quality international system ISO 9001:2000 in “Designing
and production of furniture accessories”. It is the evidence both that the output goods correspond
with the world standards and the enterprise management system meets modern international
requirements.

The furniture produced in Russia today don’t practically yield to European patterns. Among
the materials which allow to make the furniture appearance much better are furniture profiles and
edges. The use of furniture profiles and edges decorated like wood or other texture makes the
furniture more exquisite and gives them new quality. In JSC Izhevsk Furniture Accessories Plant
FMS you can acquire PVC edge with the thickness 0,4 - 2 mm, flexible profiles of T and C – form,
hard profile of C-form and others. All goods correspond with all-Union State Standard 19111-2001
“Linear profile PVC articles for interior finishing”.
