WEDNESDAY, April 23rd — Rivers and Lakes 10 AM: Sculpt Make your very own snapping turtle sculpture and build an ecosystem for it! We will use cool foil, bubblewrap, and more in our investigation. PM: Paint & Collage Examine how Olafur Eliasson uses rivers in his art creating public works out in the Hudson river. Create your own public works inspired project! THURSDAY, April 24th — Seashore AM: Printmaking Make mono & relief prints inspired by coral, fish, turtles and more! PM: Paint Paint an invented ecosystem using watercolor and acrylics while examining artists such as Joseph Mallord William Turner and Richard Diebenkorn.
