interdisciplinary staff providing educational, environmental and regulatory compliance
services for 5,000 transportation engineering, construction, and equipment manufacturing
companies.
 Director, Office of Environmental Policy and Compliance, U.S. Department of the
Interior (July 1989-September 1994). Served as chief environmental officer for the
Nation's largest federal conservation agency. Managed seven divisions in Washington,
