Facilities 120 years old require ongoing repair and/or restoration. Below are
listed repairs and improvements completed since the fall of 2008, currently
pending, and yet needed. The cost of replacing the failed church gutters,
downspouts, and cornice as well as the aged cafeteria roof has all but depleted
our meager maintenance fund as well as parish savings. The first weekend of
each month there is a special second collection reserved for ongoing
maintenance and repairs.
